Canceling account is like pulling teeth. You must first get through on their phone line and then are told that the only way to cancel their services is via a letter. Which you must snail mail or fax. I did this two months ago, and since they say they did not receive it, I am still being charged for the service. I have not even used their service for 9 months! read full review »
