Recently I joined USAA, big mistake! I thought I would give them a try and refinance our motorhome with them. The rep took the application, submitted it and all was well, right? Well, 2 days later I had not heard anything so I called them. They indicated the underwriter needs additional information; w-2's, tax returns and paystubs. no problem, faxed them right over, still no response after 2 days.
