On December 01, 2009, I called CP Technologies to obtain basic information about OS compatibility of an Ethernet adapter. I was told by the person who answered the phone that he could not give me that information because I didn't purchase it from them and there was some sort of dispute re: a "rogue seller"on Amazon.com. An hour or so later, I contacted the company OEM Division and spoke to Kit Ly, the sales manager in order to convey my bewilderment at the refusal to answer a simple compatibility question.
