Do not ever buy a warranty from best buy. they will schedule you 1 to 2 weeks out to repair it. Their customer service team is the worst I have ever dealt with and dont care about the customer needs and talk down to you. i will never buy anything from best buy again and will also say that they they dont care about their customer at all. read full review »
