They use Paypal policy to help perpetuate this fraud as Paypal remits funds as long as aome kind of product has been received. The fake Ugg seller uses Paypal to lure consumers into a false sense of security when in fact Paypal will not protect the consumer from a fraud at all. No refund. read full review »
