I refinanced my new Ford with my Bank and got a better rate than Ford Credit. I had paid a couple of thousand dollars for Gap Insurance which needs to be refunded. I asked for the refund in late August and its December and still getting the run around. Ford Credit says the dealer gets the money, the dealer says they havent gotten it yet and round and round we go. RIPOFF! read full review »
