I ordered my smoke assasin on October 3rd and allowed them to sign me up for additional services that could be "cancelled with a phone call" once the information on American Leisure and some other company arrived with my order. I called a month later, was put on endless hold 4 times before speaking with a rep. I was told that the order was processed and sent out on 10/13/09 and that they could authorize shipment of a "replacement" right away.
