The company advertised a trial sample, which only included shipping charges, approximately $1.95. Because the ad was on the CNN website, I mistakenly figured the company was reputable. After I ordered the product online, the company called me to confirm. Immediately, they tried to aggressively up-sale me on many other products, telling me that they were moving forward, anxious to hang up.
