Watch for the bait and switch on install. The salesman just called me for an additional $300 to mount a flat screen WHILE THE INSTALLERS WERE HERE AND UNPACKING!!! He said he made a mistake on the ticket. I already paid $500 for the "supreme" installation, on top of the +$3000 for equipment. He instisted on the additional. I told him no and I would have them pack everything up if that was the case, and I wanted a full refund. He said that was fine with him. Wow! Customer service at its best!!! read full review »
