This radio service has horrendous billing practices. They promise you one thing and something totally different shows up on your cc report. When I was finally able to talk to a real person, they tried to make me out as the bad guy. They said I must have misunderstood what they were saying. I love to listen to the different music, but I am finding it easier to get my own and put it on my music pearl. I wish some people would be more honest. read full review »

I have already complained before. Here is what I have found out since. I have filed a complaint with my bank, my local police dept. and the Illinois Attorney General. I finally got to talk to a real person today and he told me that I should file with my bank and local police or whatever I thought that I needed to do. He told me all office were shut down except this one. They steal your money and get away with it. ! At Christmas time!!! What is this world coming to??? read full review »

I was checking my bank account and discovered a 79.00 charge for something That I never even looked at let alone ordered. How did they charge my account when I never ordered anything. I have little money, and now I have even less. read full review »
