We are an appliance repair company and have repaired appliances in the apartments as well as in their laundry rooms for about 10 years. We thought we had a good relationship with them, but they decided to stop paying the invoices. We continued to do the work, assuming they were just slow paying as of late. Well, they decided to simply not pay, and to not even return phone calls.
