My husband and I trusted this co, hoping to get our mortgage payment lowered, they withdrew $500. from our account without our permission. When you called the co. they put you on hold for 10 to 30 minutes each time, you never got to speak to anyone. They never helped us and we wrote a letter of cancellation for our $500, refund which it states in the contract.This was Oct.
