Today at 2:15 pm we went to Greencastle McDonald's. Seven people were behind the counter, one girl on her pink cell phone. Five cars were in line outside, so we had gone inside. Two active customers waiting for orders, and 3 of us in line. Asked for fresh fries, since the fries were being scraped from the runners where the bags of fries are stored for pick up. Had to wait 2 minutes. Karrie was our counter person, and very polite and apologetic.
