Ordered product on 11/03/2009 & they charged my card on same date - my bad for not checking your site first. Product is utter garbage - I have not seen or tasted any vapor from this product so either the charger is bad or the unit itself is. When I originally placed my order I paid an extra $10 for 3-5 bus day but did not get the product until 11/25/2009 When I called them they promised to refund my $$ but never have.
