We ordered a product online on November 21, 2009. The confirmation e-mail that was sent to us later that day said that we should receive the shipment within 3-5 Business days. We spoke to a gentleman on the 30th and he said we should receive the package no later than the 1st of December. Today is December 3rd and we still have not received it. I spoke to the manager at Global Life and he said that he had the shipping receipt and gave me the tracking number. I then called USPS and was told that there is no record for that tracking number.
