It took a week for service to look at my dishwasher. The service man ordered a part from Asko. One week later he came to install the part only to find out he did not have the correct part. I asked to have the part expedited and was told "we can't do that, we need to go through normal channels", He said parts would take 5 days. We had to call and pleed to get another appointment set up. 8 working days later the service person did not show up as scheduled and no message was left informing us of this.
