I had this company for 5 years and I was having a hard time, wife got laid off and we trying hard to make bills. Called to make arrangements, they don't. We didnt make it in time they shut it off and charged $750.00 deposit + bill and reconnection fee. They stick it to you more if you are having trouble even if you did not before... read full review »
