I purchased a 7 piece sectional - Taos Ivory set. When we brought the furniture home 5 out of the 7 pieces were damaged. I went back to the store and spoke with Frank, the store assistant manager. He never once said a simple, "I'm sorry", your furniture was damaged. I had asked him to have someone pick up the furniture. He went into the Value City Furniture Merchandise Pickup Policy speal and it would cost me $99 for someone to get the furniture.
