Listen to this, I went into the store (Banana Republic) in Pittsburgh PA on Walnut Street. I brought a jacket I bought 3 weeks ago to return. I had a tag, that fell off, but I still have it and a receipt. The manager was the same woman who sold me the jacket 3 weeks ago, and wouldn't take it back. She said that the jacket looked worn and she wouldn't take it.
