This is a warning to anyone in the Wichita area looking for transportation services. DO NOT use Brightstar Healthcare! There are professional services that have the proper vehicles in the city and who have the credentials to transport medical patients comfortably and smoothly. I went on Oprah.com and discovered that there were discounted magazines offered for holiday giving only $5.00. I successfully placed orders for family and paid for them online through email links that were sent to me. The last order I made was for Car and Driver magazine but I had to wait a few weeks into January before I got an email from them. BUT no link to pay! For those of you who are getting scammed and unauthorized charges on your bank/financial accounts, please read the information on this website presented by the BBB: http://acaiberrysite.com/beware-of-free-trial-offers-for-acai/ I have reported my issue to the authorities and you should do the same. Ask your bank to do a charge back to SCS if they refuse to refund or return your money to you or your account. SCS stores your information and that is how they steal funds when you least expect it! This company charged my Visa debit card for $79.62 for a product I never ordered. When I called their phony customer service they were rude and would not answer my questions about what they sell. On their recording, they refer people to Myshipment/customer support.com which is nonexistent. Myshipment.com is a fake webpage with a pulldown menu for Bangladesh, India, Pakistan SriLanka, China and Nepal and no USA listed! They do not give names, just "Operator" numbers, such as A174.
