This company uses stated that did not uncheck that I wanted coverage with them when applying for a grant program. However I didn't even know who they were until they charged the account. I advised the customer service rep Samatha that I did not even select submit on the credit card for the grant program. If I wasn't charged for the grant program how could I be charged for this.
