After realizing that Seattle Coffee was charging $43.00 a pound for coffee, I canceled my account in July, 2009. I recieved a confirmation number and had to eat the July shipment. In November 2009, I was reviewing my bank statement and noticed a $ 79 dollar charge from this company.After numerous attempts, I finnally contacted thier so-called customer service dept. on November 24th, and was assurred that the refund would be posted to my Visa Card.
