The residents of the odd numbered homes on Duxbury Court and homes on Somerfield have a berm behind their homes. That berm is no longer grass-covered, as originally supplied. It is bare ground, with rocks, fungus, and mud. Dirt and green algae (spores?) get carried to our windowsills, filling them with green dirt. Requests for repairs to the berms have been made over the phone, in person, and through various forms of mail; none have been fulfilled.
