Many many many phone calls, put on hold, hung up on, never call back. Finaly got ahold of someone, sent a fax in with estimate. No response for weeks. He said the tv was only worth $900 and wasn't worth the 1300 repair bill, they would find a replacement and get back to me. No response for weeks.
