Unfortunately, I've been with Sprint PCS for several years (about 8), not because I'm exceptionally happy with them, but because that's just about the only provider that gets service in the rural area my family lives in and because every time I make even a minor change on my plan, the 2 year agreement is renewed, its like a neverending nightmare.
