Pro Wireles s located at Triangle Town Ctr, Cary Town Ctr, and NC State Fairground refuses to exchange a $16 earplug for a wireless phone. I stopped in and asked for an exchange because it stopped working. I can't hear anything through it although my callers say they can hear me. I was told they wouldn't make an exchange without a receipt. I spoke with the manager, Nicole, on the phone and explained that I believe the merchandise was purchased approximately 1-2 months ago so I do not have a receipt.
