I hired Kolde Concrete Construction of St. Mary’s Kansas to pour a complete basement for a house. The initial bid was for $31, 500. The finished product was not as bid. The walk-out door was poured 3 feet off its mark; the bearing footing was poured 8 inches off center so a small trench had to be dug next to the footing to allow excess concrete to fill the void when the floor was poured.
