I ordered the free bottle of Cylapril and Book, all had to pay, was for S.& H for $9.95 . well I, was charged, $9.99. they said NO, that was the charge . and I didn't even get a book . I got a CD, that didn't work it was blank. So I called to let them know, all of this. but they didn't want to credit me my right amount for my shipping and handling, that is how much it is they said. .
