When my family ordered pizza we were told 30 minutes for delvery. After 1 hour we called back and asked where our pizza was? The customer service rep told us they made a mistake and it would only take a couple more minutes. We live about 4 blocks from the store. Here two hours later no pizza yet! I called again and this time they told me the driver left 40 minutes ago. I am wondering how long does it take to make the pizza? Also I wonder how many delveries one driver can take at a time? I know I can not be the only person to think this is poor customer service. read full review »
