I was expecting 2 packages from Fed Ex today. Lo and behold I signed on Fed Ex web site to track them and noticed that they JUST came by. The driver didn't even bother to ring the door bell. Am I supposed to listen for the arriving truck? I know this is a very busy time for them but the least they can do is to ring the door bell and wait for a few seconds instead of just leaving the door tag. Maybe this is their way to tell you that they expect you to pick up the packages instead! No wonder the drivers are not FedEX employees, this is the 'quality' service that FedEX provides. read full review »
