Worst customer service that I have ever encountered at any time. Without discussing the details too much, Chase rec'd a check deposit, and it was returned as NSF (from the other bank account). At the time that Chase posted the NSF, there was over $60, 000 available funds to cover my small check. Meanwhile, I'm out $20 (Chase's return charges). And it has now been over 2 weeks, and the check in question has neither been redeposited or returned to me. According to Chase now, they have NO record of the transaction.
