I made a purchase from Ace wigs in April.2009. I received the order by May. I have been loyal to the brand of the product I had purchased for 15 years. I saw upon opening the order package that the color of 1 item was incorrect I. I spoke with Kim at Ace. He told me to send it back for an exchange. I promptly did at my own expense.
