This is a complaint about the "bait and switch" tactics used by a contractor of United Van Lines, and reneging on promises made to get our business. After Fry-Wagner’s sales rep, Scott, came to our house and viewed our furniture that we were moving from Arnold, MO. to Chesterfield, MO., he gave us an estimate of $908.38.
