I wish I had seen this complaint website before I ordered the Kymaro Body Shaper as I would never have ordered from them if I had seen it. I was not happy with the product when I received it and wanted to return it for a refund. My total cost for the product was $86.73, but am only being refunded $43.28. My original shipping cost was $9.95. I believe this is the way the company makes their money, by keeping the refund owed you for themselves.
