I recently {11/2} had an auto-renewal for trendmicro security and told I was being upgraded. Before upgrade I could designate Spam and it would automatically be transferred from Inbox to Spam box. Now almost all spam remains in Inbox even after it is designated as spam. I haveto then manually designate and move the spam to remove it from the inbox. There is no memory of designated spam and I have to remove it over and over daily, manually. This to me is not a satisfactory upgrade !! Is this a malfunction? Is it correctable??
