I can only add to this list. My daughter's boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on their anniversary. He lives in Germany. She is visiting in Utah. He just called me because there was a charge of EUR1.30 on his credit card and his bank was suspecting fraudulent activity. He had also received an email from ProFlowers stating his credit card had been declined. I called ProFlowers and spoke to "Minder".
