Unbelievable trying to deal with SallieMae. Despite letters and telephone calls to SallieMae nothing is ever resolved. These folks are a SCAM from the word go. With representatives who can't speak English and a script to read from they are from hell. Don't try to work with these folks. They will NOT respond to written communication and will NOT let you record their conversations. Rude, obnoxious, and criminal. They put the mob to shame with their tactics. read full review »
