My parents have been with this company for many years. Their last payment was due Nov..They have had automatic draft since day 1 with this company. The day the Nov. payment was due they recieved a phone call stating that since the last payment was not the full amount that has been drafted the were not able to take it from their account and they needed to pay by check over the phone.
