On 12/01/09, my mother, Luz G. Malaret received a call from this collection agencie at 10:00 PM (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) states that a debt collector may not contact you at inconvenient times or places, such as before 8 in the morning or after 9 at night, unless you agree to it). It was a restricted call from “Windham Professionals” by a lady called Terry Waltson (Tel: 888-241-8262 Ext. 7560).
