I placed an order for 3 pairs of "Ugg boot", about 3 weeks ago...have not receieved anything yet. I realized the next day when I was searching for a customer service number on the website and there wasn't one that this site was likely a counterfeit dealer of ugg boots. I called my credit card and they got my money w/in 12 hours of me ordering but they were not listed as Ugg boots...they got my money under the name of Flat Irons.com.
