I ordered my product online in april 2009. I was sent a package and finally realized this product was not working. I called to have my visa card statement in June !!! Hence, I called the acaisupport line and they said in order for me to get my refund i would have to get to return the shipped product back to them but i only got it july 17 2009. I called them to tell them that i just recieved the product and that i will ship it back to the shipping company. I aksed the rep if I needed a tracking number and he said no. Good!
