Ordered 2.5 ton split unit 3 weeks ago, I was told 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Call 30 times over the last 3 days, no answer. Left messages and haven't received any return calls. sent e-mail and no response. Filed a complaint with BBB of central FL and FL Attorney Generals office. Called credit card company and disputed the charges for non-delivery of product. Maybe it's time for a road trip to FL. read full review »
