Product was advertised to be a "new technology" protection finish for concrete and other surfaces- minimal preparation, quick dry, durable and on. Even with power wash, acid etch and exteme detail to preparation, paint has poor adherance and discolors easily. I have both grey and biege. The office staff failed repeatedly to provide MSDS's for the product requested by phone and in writing.
