This is the most ridiculous experience of my life. It was 9pm when I called Chase for an online issue. I was told it would be a two minute hold. I've since been on hold for 1 HOUR and 30 minutes. Yes, you see that right. I actually was able to take a shower during my time on hold. And I'm still on hold. Why bother at this point? I've actually curious how long they'll keep me on hold.
