MCCE and Karen Mooney agreed to to build a complete website for our company. We paid 1/3 of the project fee and they promised to have work done in 3 weeks. All they produced in 3 months was a few designs for the home page, and their attempts were so amateurish that we finally ended up giving them the entire design ourselves.
