We recently purchased a washer and dryer from ABC. We were not pleased with the sales pressure of the extended warranty. The salesman would not take no for an answer. We left the store and only returned due to the $400 difference in price. Upon delivery, we received an electric dryer not gas and did not receive a stacking kit with out "stackable" unit. We told the salesman that we needed a propane dryer, at no time did he mention we would not receive a propane dryer or at least the conversation kit.
