I, too, have been taken by this product. I was offered a introductory offer for $1.97 on 11/01/09. They withdrew the money from my account on 11/02/09. Before even receiving the product, a representative contacted me by phone and I told him to CANCEL everything. I received the product a few days later, which I tried and was very disappointed. Then, today 12/04/09, the company withdrew $86.93 from my bank account. I called the number listed on my bank report and was informed they would not refund my money. I now have a cancellation number given to me by the representative, Alna, I spoke with. Time will tell if they try to withdraw additional funds. read full review »
