Crayton electroncis sold me a brocken cellphone, and when I asked to send it back for a refund they chared me a 15% restocking fee. I paid for a rush shipment, now I have to pay to return the broken phone, and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will spend as much on shipping fee as I will get in credit. This is not good business. Please reconsider before doing business with Crayton Electroncis. There are other ways to get used cellphones, Craiglist list and other on line venders, do not use Crayton Electoncis... they are a rip off. I will never do business with then again. read full review »
