This man is a wanted criminal, he is a career criminal with felony charges involving bank embezzelement, fraud, theft, forgery and uttering all under his belt. He faces current charges in Wisconsin as well as Calornia. for the same crimes. I am working with investigators to locate him and have him arrested on site.
