I think with as many lawyers advertising their services out there, they should start a class action suit against these companies. Many people could recover at least some of their money and the law firms could make some money too. These companies could also be charged under the Rico- Racketeering Act, if the FTC and states attorney generals were involved. You may not get your money back, but they would be jailed.
